Amazing upgrade had me wowed!

I lucked out with a surprise upgrade to a fantastic suite! The room was huge, super clean, and had sick views of the Strip. The staff were on point, and the rooftop pool was totally my vibe. Only wish the snack bar had more options—got kinda tired of the same stuff. Overall, a blast!

The spacious suite offered a comfortable working environment, with a well-appointed sitting area and a work desk that catered perfectly to my business needs. The hotel's luxury ambiance and quiet location on the strip contributed to a productive stay, and I particularly enjoyed the excellent selection of dining options available on-site.

Customer service could improve significantly.

I had a wonderful four-night stay as a solo traveler. The room was pristine, featuring a stunning Strip view. I highly recommend trying FUHU for a vibrant atmosphere and delicious Asian cuisine. For breakfast, The Kitchen’s menu is worth exploring, although some items are dine-in only. Remember to request a room with a couch if working remotely!

Stunning views and great service!

I recently stayed for 3 nights in a king room overlooking the pool area, and it was the perfect size for me and my kids. The attentive service from the valet to the front desk made our experience enjoyable. Plus, we absolutely loved the Byredo bath products! One minor downside was the required minimum purchase in the Dog Room, which felt a bit unnecessary considering it was empty when we visited.

We had a fantastic family stay! The rooms were spacious and provided great views of Las Vegas. The locations of food options and entertainment were ideal. My kids loved the pool area, and the staff were always friendly and attentive, making our visit enjoyable.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the hotel provided microwaves in the rooms for quick meals.

The Premium King Room with City View was super comfy. The beds were plush, and the bathroom had great toiletries. The views were amazing, especially from the higher floors. Housekeeping was prompt and friendly, which added to the overall vibe.
